Products and Service Levels

Information Consulting

We will accept large, medium or small projects from companies and individuals. We can provide information on almost any subject (see exceptions noted below) at three basic levels of deliverable:

Level One-Fact checking or raw data or information only, with sources
Level Two-Researched information organized into reports with commentary, analysis or evaluations
Level Three-Detailed and extensive vendor, product or gap analysis and/or comparison

Subjects We Will Not Research

The following list represents areas where we do not feel we have the required expertise or that we believe do not fit our general business mission and therefore, areas for which we will not accept assignments:

Genealogy or People searches
Legal Issues
Medical/Pharmaceutical Issues
Anything of an illegal, illicit or unethical nature

Event Assistance

For local events will assist with the planning and execution of charitable and business events. We will be the extra, temporary set of hands needed for these events and we have the extensive experience to bring added value to the table.

Business Consulting

We will accept temporary and "on retainer" consulting assignments from small and medium companies in the Northern portion of New Jersey (as well as the eastern portion of Pennsylvania). We will work closely with senior management and provide independent evaluations of the critical issues in your company. We will provide recommendations for solutions and assist in the implementation of those recommendations. We will provide training to staff on any new procedures or policies. We will continue to provide support to management on an on-going basis to maintain the efficiencies and organization created.

Virtual Assistance

Documentation Creation-letters, SOP manuals, training manuals, presentations
Documentation Editing-proofread and edit documentation created by others
Scheduling-will create and maintain schedules for key personnel, make appointments, follow up with clients etc.
Research-Market/Competitor research
Vendor selection-will assist with the process of evaluating and selecting appropriate vendors and supporting products (including software & services).
